I purchased the C9 muddy girl finish for my wife and she absolutely loves it, so far she’s put maybe 40 rounds through it at the range and not one hiccup. I’m glad she’s satisfied. She looks forward to putting as many rounds through it as possible, and Bud’s was awesome I’ll order again from Buds.

Do NOT buy this gun! I’m new to gun ownership and wanted something low priced to target practice for self-protection. I purchased several months ago and went to the range for the 1st time this weekend. When going I thought “this is a real heavy piece, I wonder if I can trade for something different?” When arriving at the range and inquiring about a trade on this NEVER fired muddy girl, the store owner says “YOU can’t pay ME to take that thing, not only is it unreliable, it’s actually dangerous.” I went in to shoot with an open mind but on the first try the gun jammed, 2 bullets lodged in the chamber with 1 bullet pointing vertically in the chamber! It took the front desk staff needing to use a tool to remove this mess. I went back and successfully fired 3 more times until it jammed again! Unjammed, 3 more shots until jamming again. I gave up and rented a ruger (which I ultimately purchased). I’ve contacted a couple gun buyback places and each one says “no, it’s worthless.”Think VERY carefully on purchasing this! What if you really need this for protection and it doesn’t work? I’m not one to write reviews often but this truly is about safety, and potentially your life.Steer clear of this fiasco because once you purchase it’ll be hard to get rid of! I’m thinking of taking it to my local police station to ask them to discard it safely and legally, not sure what else to do with it.

Very nice, accurate, beautiful weapon..Alot of people I know say High Points are a “cheap made” firearm, but I have to disagree with this 9mm..this is the first high point I’ve ever purchased and shot..This firearm is just as accurate, assembled, and comforting as your Smith and Wesson,tauras,and glock,just a little heavier..this comes from a man who has been shooting guns for 32 years

I bought the hi-point c9 in muddy girl cammo as a conceal carry for my wife. I read previous reviews that this gun was supposed to be surprisingly accurate and reliable at the lowest price point available. Ordering from Bud’s was very easy and convenient with several of my local and preferred ffl dealers at the top of the list. I ordered the gun on a Thursday and promptly received the firearm the following Monday at my ffl dealer. I usually don’t write reviews because I don’t always have the time and patience to do so…… Today, Saturday, February 9th however is a special circumstance since my wife and I took turns shooting her new 9mm hi-point at our local outdoor range in cold Wisconsin weather…just under 500 rounds to be exact with no ftf’s or fte’s whatsoever. This gun lived up to and exceeded me and my wife’s expectations and was a joy to shoot! For being a little on the heavier side, my wife will still have no trouble concealing this gun, and she will certainly have no trouble using it with its low recoil and dead accurate sights right out of the box! Thank you Bud’s for making this process so convenient and enjoyable at the best possible price! I will be ordering the hi-point 45 acp next from Bud’s with no hesitation.

Great gun for the price. Bought for the wife. We do alot of camping and she wanted something to have when I was away from the campsite and for home defense. Might want something alittle.more compact for carry for the home of camper great gun for the price. Ordered one day and showed up at.my FFL the.next.day…
