Best bargain in the snubnose 38 world. The sights grip and trigger are all above average in the segment and it also is very light. I would pick this over the more expensive smith and Wesson 642 or the less expensive options like the Taurus. I think if you have any experience with double action revolvers you should be able to pick this up and shoot it well pretty quickly. I do not feel that way about a lot of the competing models. The fiber optic sights are a nice upgrade.

I love this revolver. So light (Watch out recoil +p) so easy to carry and retrieve. The sight is awesome. Either hand, put the green on it and smoke it. A good price too. Will be getting one for my wife but she will be shooting standard .38 ammo.

An excellent piece with great fit and finish. These are apparently “limited” editions and I couldn’t find any of them here locally so I came straight to Buds and wasn’t disappointed. The handle feels good in my thick stocky hands and also my wife’s smaller framed hands. The balance and feel are excellent. The fiber optic is the icing on the cake, great visibility on the range. Great service from Buds retail staff as always. Ruger LCR is a great handgun. Light and comfortable to shoot. This is my second one. The fiber optic Hi-Viz front sight is wonderful. Add a Crimson Trace grip and you have a great combo. The LCR makes a light weight and reliable alternative to the single stack nines.

Usual prompt service w/ excellent customer service. Bud’s holds the patent for that in the online firearms trade. Really pleased with the Ruger. Read other positive reviews extolling virtues of the LCR, yet until you’ve handled and fired same, it’s hard to fully appreciate. Trigger, cylinder lockup, lite recoil and accuracy in such a small package. At such a SMALL price !!!

Buds met their end of the deal in exemplary fashion and the price was very good. The Ruger shipped insured and arrived at my FFL in perfect shape. The 5418 (38 +P with fiber optic front sight) is a great carry revolver. You won’t want to shoot it a lot because its light weight has it moving around. Despite this, it is accurate & reliable.
